Bruno Simões 潘俊安, CMP

With over 25 years of industry experience, Bruno Simões is a professional MICE specialist whose career spans government events, corporate travel management and service delivery through his own ventures. Across Asia, he has designed creative team building events that combine experiential learning with strategic outcomes, encouraging collaboration, engagement and meaningful connections. Working closely with event planners in Macau and across the region, he brings insight from several sides of the industry. Bruno holds CMP and CIS credentials, a Business Administration degree, and an MBA in Strategic Marketing (1998). His dynamic leadership continues to shape the smallWORLD team building across Asia.
Cody Cao 曹雷, CITP

With more than 15 years in MICE, Cody leads smallWORLD’s operations and manages 50 events annually. He has supported hundreds of team building events, gala dinners and entertainment performances for groups of 10 to 5,000 participants. He joined smallWORLD in 2011, became a partner in 2018, and now serves as Chief Operating Officer and co-owner. A professional IAF Endorsed Facilitator with SITE CITP credentials, Cody combines operational leadership with inspiring facilitation, delivering team building programmes across Macau, Hong Kong, Mainland China and Vietnam. He holds a tourism management degree from MUST and a Master of Science in International Integrated Resort Management from the University of Macau.

With a foundation in tourism event management and integrated resort studies, Nina Pan brings a motivated and organised approach to smallWORLD’s team building events. Since joining the company in 2023, she has supported event planning, client communication, preparation, facilitation and onsite execution across different corporate programmes. Her understanding of hospitality, entertainment and corporate event delivery helps her respond to client needs and create well-structured activity flow. As an event planner, Nina coordinates team building programmes with careful preparation, organised follow-up and confident facilitation, helping corporate groups enjoy well-run activities that encourage interaction, engagement and shared participation.

Working with the company since 2011, she supports wine-related programmes as a professional facilitator, helping corporate groups learn, interact and connect through guided tasting experiences. Her background as General Manager of Happy Club Wine and Cafe, combined with event coordination, public relations and lifestyle publishing experience, gives her a strong sense of storytelling and guest engagement. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in international business development, market analysis and intercultural training, Susana Munoz supports smallWORLD’s team building events as a professional facilitator. Since collaborating with smallWORLD in 2019, she has led team building programmes that help corporate groups communicate across cultures and engage with different perspectives. Based in Hong Kong since 2012, Susana brings business intelligence, cross-cultural communication and international market insight to each session. Her background as former President of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and CUHK EMBA advisor adds senior-level perspective to facilitation for international business audiences.

With experience across event operations, digital marketing and IT, Miguel Neves supports smallWORLD through SEO, SEM, CRM, marketing automation and website coordination. Since arriving in Macau in 2016, he has worked across production, event support and digital systems, building first-hand knowledge of team building events, team building programmes and online promotion. His background in tourism company management, combined with database optimisation and workflow automation, gives him a practical understanding of both client-facing content and internal systems. As a professional and dynamic marketing and IT specialist, Miguel helps strengthen online visibility, digital processes and team building communication.

Originally from Hunan Province, China, Louise Liu brings a natural ability for B2B sales and account management across DOC, MEC and smallWORLD. Working with smallWORLD since 2023, she builds client relationships through active listening, thoughtful follow-up and clear interpersonal communication. A certified Project Management Professional, Louise combines structured thinking with a motivated approach to every client enquiry, from first contact to account coordination. Her interest in IT adds a digital mindset to sales communication, CRM follow-up and internal processes. Outside work, she enjoys books and traditional Chinese calligraphy, reflecting her focus, patience and appreciation for culture.

As Office Manager, Moon Kou oversees administration, finance coordination and daily office operations with a clear and organised approach.
